Ambode yesterday formally given over to Sanwo-Olu in front of the introduction service occurring today at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.
In the wake of giving over, he tweeted:
To the Glory of God, I have quite recently given over control of government in Lagos State to His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Sanwoolu, following a compensating 4-year experience. This would not have been conceivable without the help, participation and petitions of all Lagosians. I remain everlastingly appreciative to all of you. God favor all of you. Furthermore, to God be all the Glory.
In an announcement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Habib Aruna, the active representative stated:
"I have as of now formally given over reigns of intensity in the State to the new Governor in a most cheerful and genial service at the State House yesterday. The formal introduction ought to have Mr. Sanwo-Olu as the star of the day. I don't imagine that brilliance ought to be imparted to him by my quality".
