The message from Davido is coming a month after an Appeal Court in Akure has confirmed the qualification of Ademola Adeleke to challenge in the last Osun governorship race.
The judgment pursued a previous judgment of a High Court in Bwari, Abuja, which announced him ineligible to challenge the decision. The issue verged on the contention over Adeleke's optional school endorsement submitted to INEC for the race.
The lower court had decided that the congressperson did not have a legitimate optional school testament thus neglected to fulfill the base prerequisite for qualification to challenge the race. Adeleke and his lawful group offered the judgment.
