Chief Obasanjo Truly An Igbo Man
A popular rumour about Chief Olusegun Obasanjo's roots and genetics have resurfaced again. A historian narrated that the former head of state might juts be the son of the great Igwe Onyejekwe of Onitsha due to the striking resemblance.
The middle age man, Damilade Abdul Oladele, has insisted that the former head of State and President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo is a native of Onitsha in Anambra State, and not from Owu in Ogun State.
Igwe Onyejekwe was reported to have lived in Owu in Ogun State, as a police officer around the time the former President was born.

The similarity between the two men is striking.
