Lady purportedly strips down stripped in chapel, pees on special raised area - lailasnews

A 39-year-old unimportant dealer, Moji Aderibigbe, showed up in a Yaba Chief judges' Court in Lagos on Friday subsequent to being blamed for stripping bare and pouring pee on the congregation raised area.
Aderibigbe, who dwells in Pedro Area of Lagos is accused of affront to a religion and sloppy direct.
The Police investigator, Sgt. Modupe Olaluwoye, told the court that the litigant submitted the offense at 8 p.m. on May 13, at No. 49, Onabola St., Ladi-lak zone of Bariga, Lagos.
Olaluwoye told the court that Mr Francis Osibowale, the minister of the Firebrand Power Ministry, got the respondent's 15-year-old child vandalizing church property.
"My Lord, when Aderibigbe was informed that the minister had taken her child to the station, she removed her garments inside the congregation building.
The offense, she stated, contradicted the arrangements of areas 124 and 168 (an) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2011.
Aderibigbe argued not blameworthy to the charges read to her. The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Oluwatoyin Oghere, conceded the litigant to safeguard in the whole of N50,000 with two sureties in like entirety.
The case has been dismissed until May 22 for notice.
