President Muhammadu Buhari has said he rates the Senate President Bukola Saraki and The Speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara, low.
"I told Saraki and Dogara that by holding the spending limit for 7 months, you're not harming me, you're harming Nigerians? As far as enthusiasm, I rate them low," Buhari said on Monday night.

Talking in a meeting with state TV, Buhari said the national gathering, as driven by Saraki and Dogara held Nigeria to deliver for seven months without passing the financial limit, The Cable reports.
